Community Center Rental

The Town Hall is available to rent for parties, graduations, funerals, and other events.

To schedule an event:
1. Check the Calendar for any conflicts.
2. Contact Jim Adams to reserve your spot at 218-556-3567
3. Complete the Town Hall Rental Agreement (see
Forms/Documents on this page).
4. Mail the signed agreement and payment to our mailing address.

The Town Hall is available to rent for parties, graduations, funerals, and other events. Use of the kitchen is included. There are two bathrooms on the premises and our facility is handicap accessible.

Rental Fees (as of June 2, 2020):

Township Events & Charitable Organizations (Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, 4H clubs, etc.): 

  • No Charge

Benefit Events:

  • Residents: No charge with $75 deposit
  • Non-Residents: $10 with $75 deposit

Other Events (Weddings, Wedding Receptions, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Reunions, Rummage Sales, Church Groups and Funerals, Etc.)

  • Residents: $50 with $75 deposit
  • Non-Residents: $75 with $75 deposit

Public Dances:

  • Residents: $50 with $75 deposit
  • Non-Residents: $75 with $75 deposit

Responsible individual for group must sign rental and clean-up agreement form.
